As of revision 2190, the SPADE platform officially runs on Windows (again)!

While the SPADE agent library has always been multi-platform, the latest version of the XMPP server component of the SPADE platform only ran on some flavors of Unix (mostly Mac OS X and Linux). Not anymore! We are now officially supporting Win32 as a full-fledged platform for all SPADE components.

This has been possible mainly thanks to the efforts of juagargi. Thanks dude! I owe you a tea.
The SPADE project has found its new home at Google Code!
The new URL for the project is:

http://spade2.googlecode.com

The new SVN repository, downloads section, wiki, Google Groups and kitchen sink are already set up and working. Now it's your time to make those awesome agents!
We are getting closer and closer to the definitive 2.0 release of SPADE which will be the first release of the new SPADE (rather than the last release of the old one).

Today, SPADE 2.0rc4 is available for download.

Notable changes include more code refactoring, bug fixes and enhancements to the Web User Interfaces, a complete overhaul of the examples folder (all of the examples should work now), updated API documentation and the new BDI test suite.
